Michael J. Ferrara began his career in real estate at the age of 19, interning at SMK Management, a firm managing over 900 multifamily units. After earning his degree from Indiana University in 2008, Michael joined Colliers International L.I. Inc., where he launched his career in the Investment Sales Division. During his initial three years at Colliers, he successfully negotiated and closed numerous sales transactions, establishing himself as a promising industry professional. In 2011, Michael transitioned to Highcap Group as an Investment Sales Associate, where his expertise and market knowledge drove over $150 million in closed transactions. His achievements led to his promotion to Senior Director at the firm.
In 2017, Michael founded Brax Realty, where he serves as the Broker of Record, Owner, and Managing Principal. To date, Michael has completed over $421 million in deal volume, solidifying his reputation as a prominent player in the New York investment sales market. Michael’s industry recognition includes being named one of Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” in 2015. He has also been featured in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Real Deal, The Commercial Observer, and the New York Real Estate Journal (NYREJ). In October 2019, he was honored as NYREJ’s “Executive of the Month”.
Beyond his professional achievements, Michael enjoys playing basketball and golf and currently resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, with his wife, Tara, and their daughters, Isabella and Sylvie.

Alan Stenson joined Brax Realty with over ten years in the real estate industry internationally with seven years of experience in the investment advisory role of mixed-use and multifamily sales in Manhattan. He began his career in his native Ireland having worked several years in Galway City. He continued on to London, England where he was able to develop expertise in the international real estate market. After gaining a strong foothold in London, Alan moved to New York City where he began at Marcus & Millichap further developing his skills while working alongside the company’s top transactional professionals.
Over the past four years, he is responsible for over $226,000,000 worth of assets sold, placed under contract, and listed. Alan’s strength is in his thorough knowledge of the New York Real Estate market and his passion for working alongside his clients to provide in- depth property and market analyses.
Alan graduated with an Honors Bachelor Degree from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in Property Studies. He is an active member of Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Rent Stabilization Association, Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association. Alan is a passionate golfer who loves traveling the world, reading and embarking on adventures with his wife and two sons. An enthusiastic runner, he has successfully completed four NYC marathons.

Cole Kinney Leonhardt is a passionate real estate professional who began his career as an 18 year old flipping residential houses. Since his initial introduction to the real estate investment industry he has begun to focus more on rental property investments and has since accumulated 10 units of apartment rentals in Minneapolis, MN. Before graduating from Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Real Estate, Cole has interned at different real estate firms including: Dornhomes which is the largest residential home builder in Arizona participating in a rotational program allowing training in each division of Dornhomes, IRET (publicly traded REIT) as an Asset Management Analyst helping manage over 12,000 apartments, and lastly began development projects in New Jersey & Connecticut for a start-up modular apartment developer called Vessel Technologies.
Having grown up in Minnesota, Cole enjoys Hockey more than anything as well as both following the stock market and all different types of cuisine, with his favorite food being sushi.

Jack Sullivan is a recent graduate from the University of Scranton with a major in business and a minor in data analytics. Raised in New York and surrounded by a family business of real estate development and management, he realized his passion for the industry early on. In his junior year at the University of Scranton, Jack started a media company - Sullivan Media Management working with real estate professionals. His internships at Cushman & Wakefield (VEP) and eXp Realty further solidified his interest in the industry.
An avid athlete, Jack was a recruited Lacrosse player and finished his college career as Captain and President of the University of Scranton club lacrosse team. He was also a head member of the Entrepreneurship Club. During his free time, Jack brilliantly invests in the golf industry, one swing and lost ball at a time!

Michael Stapleton is a recent graduate from St. Thomas Aquinas College, where he majored in Business Management. His academic journey included two years at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, focusing on Real Estate, and a transformative study abroad experience at DBS (Dublin Business School) in Dublin, Ireland. This international exposure deepened his passion for real estate, inspired by Dublin’s remarkable architecture.
In the summer after his junior year, Michael completed an internship with Engel & Volkers, where he gained valuable experience and further confirmed his commitment to the industry. Despite his global travels, Michael's ambition has always been to build his career in New York City, where he is eager to apply his skills and knowledge in a dynamic real estate environment.
Michael is an avid New York sports fan, passionately supporting the Knicks and the Jets. As a dual citizen of the EU, he embraces opportunities to travel abroad, immersing himself in diverse cultures and savoring exceptional cuisine. His favorite is Mediterranean food.
